Bio

In 2009 I graduated in MOG (Meteorology Oceanography and Geophysics) at FCUL and during that year I started to work with IDL researcher Ricardo Trigo on an Integration into Research Grants scholarship (BII) relating extreme precipitation and temperature events. Later in 2011, while I finished my Master’s Degree in Geophysical Sciences, I started working on FCT (foundation for science and technology) project DISASTER, studying the impacts and the atmospheric circulation of the greatest floods ever known in Portugal.

Currently I am working with IDL researchers Ricardo Trigo and Célia Gouveia in another FCT project called MEDIATIC , on dendroclimatology and dendroecology in collaboration with the the Centre for Functional Ecology (CFE) at Coimbra's Faculty of Sciences and Technology
