Bio

I finished my degree in Meteorology, Oceanography and Geophysics in 2011 and my master degree in Geophysical Sciences in 2013. Since 2013 I am working as a member of Instituto Dom Luiz. From 2013 to 2014 I had a research grant in the project SHARE – Seamless High-resolution Atmosphere - ocean Research, from FCT - RECI/GEO-MET/0380/2012.

Since 2015 I am a PhD student supported by FCT, within the EarthSystems Doctoral Program of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, under the supervision of Dr Pedro Soares from Institute Dom Luiz and Dr Alvaro Semedo from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. Since 2016 I am a team member of project SOLAR – Earth System Modelling of the Eastern Atlantic Region, funded by FCT - PTDC/GEOMET/7078/2014.

  • 2015 – ongoing: PhD in Geophysical and Geoinformation Sciences under the EARTHSYSTEMS Lisbon Doctoral School Program (with specialization in Meteorology) at the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
  • 2011-2013: MSc in Geophysical Sciences (with specialization in Meteorology) at the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
  • 2008-2011: Degree in Meteorology, Oceanography and Geophysics (with specialization in Meteorology) at the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
